This Chianti vacation accommodation comprises apartments and a house to rent, Tuscany, Italy.
Apartment Casa Rossa 1 sleeps 6-8, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a floor area of 90 square metres. There is a garden, terrace, heating, shared swimming pool, maid service, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is part of the former barn. The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV and dining area, fireplace, kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher) and double sofabed. There is a double bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms, two bathrooms each with shower. The flat has a private equipped garden. An extra bed is available by arrangement (€52 per week to be paid on the spot).

Casa Rossa 4 sleeps 6-8, has three bedrooms,
three bathrooms and a floor area of 95 square metres. There is a garden, terrace,
heating, shared swimming pool, maid service, satellite TV, dishwasher and
washing machine. Set in the main house the apartment is arranged as follows.
The ground floor living room has satellite TV, kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher)
and double sofabed. There are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom
with shower, twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. There is a private,
equipped, outdoor area.
Extra charges include a €200 refundable deposit, €12 per person
for final cleaning at a minimum €30, and heating.
