Montegonzi is situated in a quiet and panoramic location, nestling deep amidst vineyards and olive groves and offering beautiful extensive views over the surrounding landscape ... the classic Chianti vacation. This hamlet has been recently and skilfully restored preserving its architectural original features and using ancient stones and materials.

This vacation rental accommodation south of Florence, Tuscany, Italy comprises comfortable apartments of two different sizes, 'A' and 'B'. All are nicely decorated in a Tuscan rustic style. The charming little village of Panzano in Chianti, with all kinds of shops, is 5km away, Greve in Chianti 10km (Greve in Chianti is also reachable on foot, via a 2km path), Florence 35km, Siena 35km.

At guests' disposal is a beautiful garden furnished with sun beds, sun umbrellas and tables, swimming pool (12 x 6m, maximum depth 1.5m, open from 01/04 to 31/10) situated in a panoramic location. There is a shared barbecue and a private furnished outdoor area for each apartment. There is a shared washing machine, with iron available on request. The access to the property is via an unpaved road not suitable for sports cars; there is covered parking within the grounds. A maid service is available by arrangement (payment on the spot). Extra bed and baby bed available on request (to be paid locally). Small pets are allowed.

Montegonzi 'A' apartments sleep 2 and have a floor area of 30m². Set on the ground or first floors, they have a living room with kitchen corner (freezer) and dining area, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is a private furnished outdoor area.

Weekly prices are as follows, with extra costs including the €150 deposit, final cleaning of €20 and heating according to consumption:
