Apartment Firenze is situated in the heart of Florence, just a short stroll from the famous arches and fountains of Santissima Annunziata and a couple of minutes from the famous Accademia, which houses several treasures including Michelangelo's David.
The cathedral, with its splendid facade and Brunelleschi's cupola, is about five minutes' walk and a few minutes more will get you to the Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, and over the Pontevecchio towards the Pitti Palace.

Florence (unsurprisingly as the capital of Tuscany) has excellent facilities and should be able to satisfy any of your holiday demands. The area around Apartment Firenze is peaceful, but has several good restaurants and cafes, as well as day parking and laundry facilities.
If you want to see more of Tuscany but don't fancy the motorways, the railway station is only 10 minutes away with a reliable, frequent service of trains to the rest of Italy. You can be in Pisa, Lucca or the seaside resort of Viareggio in a little over an hour or head south through Chianti to Siena in the same timespan.
