With a floor area of some 58m², this is a comfortable and elegant holiday flat. Lying in a pedestrianised street between the Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria, the apartment is just across the way from the Uffizi Gallery.
This Florence vacation apartment has been recently and very nicely restored. Furnished with tasteful Florentine pieces, it lies on the fourth floor of this town centre building, with marvellous views over the skyline of Florence. The building itself dates from the year 1200; this grand and venerable edifice is part of the historic fabric of the city.
The apartment comprises a sizable lounge with a pullout sofa bed for 2 people. There is a kitchen, a bedroom with king-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. The flat is quiet and well lit, with big windows, some splendid antique furniture, typical Florentine terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings.
The apartment has central heating, hifi and television. There is a fridge and freezer, American coffee maker, food mixer, electric toaster, oven, washing machine, linen, blankets and towels. You’ll find an internet point in the adjacent building.
