You will get a good night's sleep here, living in an olive grove, far from the bustle of the city and its traffic. Yet it is only 3 km to the city - walkable for most of us. There is a bus stop approximately 500 metres away, and buses go to the centre regularly. The hospitable family of the house provide two free bikes on request, for cycling to the bus stop or exploring the city. The villa's location on the southern edge of Florence is an ideal starting point for excursions to the Chianti region, to Siena or to the coast, as the feeder roads to the Florence-Siena motorway are just 1.5km away, and can be reached quickly without having to pass through the city centre. All necessary shops and several restaurants lie just 1km away.

The apartment sleeps 2+2 over 45sqm, and has a rooftop terrace of equal size. The rental accommodation comprises a living room with kitchenette, a double room and a bathroom with shower. The flat has air conditioning, satellite TV and a safe. There is a reserved parking space inside the property, electronic entrance gate, public telephone in the villa and a table tennis table.
Weekly rental is €1090, with reservations from Saturday to Saturday only. Cleaning during the week is available on request at €8 per hour. If you travel by air to Florence, the property owner can pick you up at the airport (except in August) so please send your flight details. There is a baby bed available free of charge; pets are not allowed. A security deposit of €150 is available, and additional beds are to be paid for when booking, at €200 per person per week.
The rental includes bed, bath and kitchen linen, water, electricity, gas, air-conditioning, heating, cleaning on Saturdays for rentals exceeding 1 week, final cleaning and pool cleaning services.
