There is an enormous amount to see while you are here. Florence is the principal city of Tuscany, and the world's most celebrated storehouse of Renaissance art and architecture. You are right next door to the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, which dominates the city's roofscape, with the great Piazza del Duomo at its feet. This square is ringed with lively cafes, creating a lively, fun and buzzing street life.

Florence also has some of Italy's best-loved palaces and churches. Cross the famous Ponte Vecchio and visit the Boboli Gardens; enjoy the Uffizi Gallery with its world-renowned collection of art and sculpture, and see Michelangelo's David at the Accademia di Belle Arti.
And, situated as it is at the heart of the city, the hotel makes an excellent base for trips out to Pisa, Lucca, Certaldo and the other beautiful mediaeval towns of Tuscany, as well as exploring the beautiful countryside in this corner of Italy.
