Casa Violetta is a detached mini villa. It is situated near the pool and a good distance from the other two houses. This small, modern house has a bright kitchen-living room with a long windowed front and air conditioning. There is also a washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV. Apart from the garden areas, Casa Violetta has a small private patio. The direct garden access is particularly convenient: the kitchen leads onto the small patio and the two bedrooms into the garden. This cottage has the best views of Florence. Covering 100sqm of the ground floor, the air-conditioned accommodation sleeps 4. It has a spacious, conservatory-style kitchen-living room with sofa bed. In the basement there is a double room with access to the garden, one room with twin beds and garden access (the beds are not of the same height, one is a pull-out bed), and a bathroom with shower.
There is a restaurant just a walk down the hill. Girasole is an ideal starting point for excursions to Florence and the Chianti region. And after a long day gazing upon works of art you can swiftly return to your villa, and enjoy the rural setting in peace and quiet cooling off and relaxing by the pool.
The nearest grocers shop is 300m away and a restaurant 1km away. Florence is 8km and Siena 70km away. There is golf 10km away.

Weekly reservations run from Saturday
to Saturday only. Tosca in low season is €960, in mid €1160
and in high is €1330. Mina in low season is €860, in mid €1060
and in high is €1220. Violetta in low season is €1120, in mid €1330
and in high is €1490. Rental includes bed, bath and kitchen
linen, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning for Mina, pool cleaning
service
and garden maintenance. It doesn't include heating, final cleaning for Violetta
and Tosca. A child's cot is available; pets are not allowed.
There is a security deposit payable of €500 per unit. Additional beds or baby beds are €80 per person per week. Final cleaning is €100 per unit. Please note that groups with more than 3 children will be liable for a surcharge, payable on the premises. If more than 3 children under 15 years travel with the group, €200 Euros extra will be charged per week, on arrival, for the fourth and each further child (babies under 1 year excepted).
