Lying at the heart of a ‘green’ farm estate, these Tuscan villa rentals are a marvellous way to enjoy the Italian countryside. La Vista is a farmhouse complex sitting on a hilltop some 120m above sea level.

The estate has 11 holiday apartments (a mix of two and three-bedroom). The nicely furnished flats each have a kitchen with a small oven, hob and fridge. As well as the kitchenette-lounge, each two-room apartment has a bedroom with shower. The three- room apartments have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. Your Tuscan villa rental includes bed linen, towels, a safety deposit box and satellite television, and each of the apartments is individually furnished with period pieces.
The apartments are nicely finished in typical Tuscan style ... comfort is at a premium here. The owner personally led the restoration of the house and a fine taste in both fabrics and colours is displayed throughout. The Siena Yellow walls perfectly complement the furnishings, the wood-beamed ceilings, brickwork and terracotta floors.
[ local map | map of region ]The ground floor of the farm has a large guests’ lounge, the main reception, and a room displaying and selling the produce of the farm. Organic produce on sale here includes extra virgin olive oil, a fine Chianti and olive paste.
The tiled swimming pool, measuring 14m x 7m sits some 50m from the apartments and there is a further pool for the children. Surrounded by a brick-tiled floor, the pools have deckchairs and parasols. Nearby is a children’s play area.
Very important is the farmland itself, with the farm sitting amidst 50 hectares of Chianti vineyards, olive groves and woodland ... ideal for relaxing and invigorating walks. This, after all, is the heart of Tuscany. Here, on the hills forming the boundary between Florence and Pisa, you’ll enjoy a dominating position overlooking vineyards, woodland and a typical Tuscan panorama of farmhouses and little villages.
Apartment Annalia covers 50m². This two-room flat sleeps 2+2 on the ground floor. It comprises one bedroom with a wardrobe, a box room and a bathroom with shower. The 26m² lounge sleeps a further two. Apartment Gioia is as Annalia.
