A Chianti vacation home, Tuscany, Italy – this beautiful former barn is situated in a small hamlet of houses amongst rolling hills and surrounded by an enchanting landscape.
This house has been recently and skilfully restored with all its original architectural features preserved and turned into an independent villa with beautifully and tastefully furnished interiors. The villa has extensive views over the Tuscan landscape.
Castelfiorentino, with all kinds of shops, lies 3km from this Chianti vacation home, Tuscany, Italy. Montespertoli is 10km, Florence 35km, Siena around 50km. At your disposal is a large garden furnished with tables and chairs, a swimming pool (10 x 5 metres, maximum depth 1.5 metres, open from 15/05 to 30/09) and a private barbecue. There is parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. Maid service is available by arrangement at €10 per hour to be paid on the spot. An extra bed can be arranged at €50 per week and a baby bed at €25 per week, both payable locally. On request, the owner of the villa can arrange very nice dinners based on local recipes, also cooking classes and pizza parties where customers can learn how to bake pizzas and bread.

This Chianti vacation home, Tuscany, Italy, is laid out as follows. Il Fienile sleeps 10, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and a floor area of 120 square metres. There is heating, private swimming pool, maid service, washing machine and dishwasher. The ground floor has a large living room with satellite TV, hifi, CD and DVD, plus a fireplace and dining area. There is a well-equipped kitchen, with oven, freezer and dishwasher. The ground floor also has a laundry with washing machine, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. The first floor has two double bedrooms, two twin-bedded rooms (which can be made into doubles), a bathroom with tub, and another with a shower.
