Both have a private patio, barbecue and garden - so you can enjoy your meals in the open air while gazing at the spectacular countryside below. You can even harvest your meals from the gardens, as guests have their pick of the fruit and vegetables that grow in the grounds.
La Loggia Number 1 sleeps four and has three bathrooms. A traditional stone-built cottage, it has a good-sized living/dining room with a cosy fireplace. The traditional feel - and these cottages are decorated in nicely understated rustic luxury - will make this feel more like a home than a holiday house. There is every modern comfort too, with satellite television and a safe, a large green-tiled bathroom with shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. This has a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and freezer. On the first floor, the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with shower), and there is a twin/double bedroom, also with its own bathroom with shower.
La Loggia Number 2 sleeps six and has three bathrooms. This red-walled cottage has a private loggia and a garden with barbecue. On the ground floor lies a living/dining room with satellite television and safe box, and a bathroom with shower. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob and oven. On the first floor lies two master double bedrooms, a twin or double bedroom , and two bathrooms with showers. Pets are not allowed.
Neither of these holiday villas in Tuscany has a land-line telephone, but the owner will provide you with a cell phone - you simply pay for the call charges. There are laundry facilities, with a washing machine, iron and ironing board - you'll pay for these during your stay. There are mountain bikes for hire and there is a tennis table. The kidney-shaped pool measures 6 x 12 metres, incorporates hydromassage features, and is nicely finished with mosaic tiles.
