A holiday villa with swimming pool near Florence, La Sassolina is situated at the foot of the picturesque village of Iano. This hamlet is ideally positioned for visiting San Gimignano, Volterra and the most beautiful art cities.
La Sassolina, which was originally the village school, has been tastefully converted into two communicating apartments, each with its own entrance. Both are furnished in excellent taste with many antiques. The property benefits from a large garden surrounded by olive trees with a lovely panoramic view towards Volterra and the Val d’Era. The villa has Wi-fi internet connection, laundry with washing machine, iron, hoover.

There is also a swimming pool (6x9 metres) suitable for children of all ages. In the village there is a church, typical Tuscan restaurant, supermarket and cafe/pizzeria, all of which are within walking distance. Also within a short distance by car is a golf course, tennis court and riding school (priced locally on application).
The first apartment is Il Glicine. Measuring 110 square metres, it is a ground floor flat. The kitchen has fridge, hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. There is a spacious lounge with dining area, fireplace and sofa bed, a master bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower. The garden has outdoor furniture, a table with chairs, barbecue and wood burning oven.

The second apartment is La Magnolia. Measuring 95 square metres, it is a ground floor flat. The kitchen has fridge-freezer, hob, oven, toaster and coffee machine. There is a lounge with sofa bed, a master bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with enclosed shower. The terrace faces the pool, and there is an outdoor space with table, chairs and barbecue.
