In low season, weekly rental is €455 for the one-bedroom apartments, €575 for the doubles; in mid season €598 and €735; and in high season €745 and €945. During winter heating is not included.
The villa rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday from Easter to the end of October according to availability; for last-minute bookings, you may be able to rent for a minimum of three nights. From the end of October to the first of April you can rent for a minimum of two nights. Everything is included in your rental cost except for heating in winter. At the reception you can use the computer, free of charge, for a maximum of 10 minutes to check and send your email.
You can pre-order specific foods for your visit. Contact the owners and they will be pleased to help you with the details. And, at your booking, you can request a code to get a 10% discount for a rental car. Your hosts can also help you with bookings for museums in Florence and for the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
All necessary tourist information concerning the nearby historical and artistic cities will be provided on arrival, as will information on good local restaurants, and ideas for places to visit. You will find details on guided tours to Florence, and for wine cellar visits in collaboration with the Tourism Consortium at Montespertoli. Anything else? Simply ask!
A washing machine with washer, dryer and iron is available. These appliances use tokens available from the reception desk. Mountain bike rental is available, and golf, tennis courts, horse riding, and a football field are only a few minutes away. There is a private parking lot on the estate.

Le Torri sits in the heart of Tuscany, around 20km from Florence, 30km from San Gimignano, 50km from Siena, 60km from Pisa and 230km from Rome. The kilometres are more or less equal to the time you'll take to reach the place. Bus service connection with Florence city. Two kilometres from Le Torri you will find a grocery, a butchers, a pharmacy, newsagent, bank and ATM, bars for breakfast and a Catholic church. You'll find horse riding and trekking 4km from the villa. 1.5km from the villa is a restaurant specialising in exquisite Tuscan cuisine. Tennis courts and a soccer pitch are 3km away, and the nearest golf course is 30 minutes distance. Your hosts are happy to make reservations for any activities during your stay whether it be tennis, golf, soccer, horse riding, trekking or anything else!
