This holiday villa in Chianti, Tuscany, Italy sits in extensive gardens laid out in the early 1920s by a world-renowned garden architect. With a big swimming pool, superb views and quick access to the city of Florence, this really is something rather special.
Upstairs is the master bedroom (with satellite television), beautifully lit by two windows in the room; there is an ensuite bathroom and dressing room. Bedroom two has its own bathroom with shower and a dressing room. Facilities at the house include private parking, TV, VCR, stereo, espresso machine and a large fridge.
And the grounds really make this holiday villa in Chianti, Tuscany, Italy. A 14-metre swimming pool, with diving board, has a poolside bar and bushes and trees for shade. The planting (started in the 1920s) is with trees and flowers of the Tuscan region. The old, but fully working, pizza oven allows you to produce your own, home-cooked Tuscan breads and pizza.
A guest annex lies some 150 yards from Il Limone. Sleeping two, it has a shower bath and a laundry room with washer-dryer.
