A typical Tuscan country house ... but also something very special. This lovely old farmhouse is arranged as three independent apartments accommodating six and seven guests each, and has a swimming pool (14 x 10 metres). Set in a panoramic position in the heart of Chianti Classico, between Florence and Siena. The property can also be rented as a whole and can accomodate up to 19 guests.
This farmhouse dates from the 13th century and lies in the middle of vineyards and olive groves, in a beautiful panoramic position. From the terrace and the garden one can enjoy the peace and the wonderful views over the rolling hills. The grounds are well cared for and offer seclusion and privacy. This is an ideal place to relax and take long walks enjoying the Tuscan flora and fauna.
The farmhouse has been carefully restored by using the original materials and has wooden beams and terracotta tiles. It is arranged as two big apartments, both with private terrace and outdoor areas. On request it is possible to add some extra beds.

Within, the house has been elegantly furnished with a keen eye for detail. The owner made a lot of the furniture himself. The owners have really given the property a personal touch ... and a very romantic atmosphere. You can buy wine and olive oil produced on the estate. The whole property is fenced.
Apartment A is on the first floor, 170 square metres, sleeping 6 (+1). It has a living room, kitchen with fireplace and terrace, double bedroom, twin bedroom, double bedroom with poster bed and canopy, bathroom with tub and separate shower, bathroom with bathtub. Weekly rental is €1000 from 1 January-3 May and 11 October-31 December 2008. From 3 May-11 October, rental rises to €1120.

Apartment B sleeping six. On the ground floor there is a big living room, big kitchen with fireplace. On the first floor there is a walk-through room, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with tub and shower. Weekly rental is €1250 from 1 January-3 May and 11 October-31 December 2008. From 3 May-11 October, rental rises to €1440.
Apartment C sleeping six. It has a double room, twin room, kitchen, big living room with double sofabed, bathroom with shower. Weekly rental is €870 from 1 January-3 May and 11 October-31 December 2008. From 3 May-11 October, rental rises to €1000.
