The property can also be rented as a whole. Weekly rental is €3120 from 1 January-3 May and 11 October-31 December 2008. From 3 May-11 October, rental rises to €3560. Ground floor: big kitchen with fireplace, kitchen, double room, twin room, bathroom with shower, large living room with access to the terrace, large living room with double sofabed. First floor: living room, kitchen with fireplace and terrace, three double bedrooms, two twin bedroom, double bedroom with poster bed and canopy. Walk-through room, four bathrooms with tubs and showers.
All apartments may be rented in a 'block' (two apartments together) to provide a single property. Weekly rental for apartment a+b is €2250 from 1 January-3 May and 11 October-31 December 2008, for apartment b+c is €2120. From 3 May-11 October, rental for apartment a+b rises to €2560, for apartment b+c €2440.

Each of the apartments has a private garden, terrace, barbecue, telephone, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, parking space near the house, and use of the pool of course. There is a €250 deposit for single apartment, €550 for two apartments and €750 for all the property. There is an extra charges for phone, heating and firewood. Pets are not allowed.
The property is 4 km from Mercatale, 25 km from Florence, 50 km from Siena.
