The old farmhouse, completely restored, now houses four flats. Lying 800 metres from the village of Caldine (with a grocery, bank, post-office, pharmacist and more), it is in a quiet, scenic area, surrounded by the olive groves of Montereggi; the swimming pool and other outdoor spaces provide the ideal surroundings for a relaxing stay. Both Fiesole and Florence are just 6kms away and can be reached in a few minutes by car or city-bus (there is also a train to Florence). All the flats have central heating and the furniture has been carefully selected so as to provide comfort with an eye on Tuscan taste. All the apartments have their own private outdoor areas.
