The large farm and hayloft lies at the end of cypress-lined avenue, and is encircled by meadows, vineyards, olive groves, woods, fields and three lakes. In total the estate covers 84 hectares, some of it fenced and reserved for guests. The old building has been restored and refurbished in the Tuscan tradition, and the 10 apartments of Tenuta Moriano have been modelled from the rooms of the old building, such as the hayloft, the stable, the cantina and the dovecote. All have access to the gazebo, from where you can enjoy the scenery, the sunsets, a meal and a drink.
Apartment Fienile was once the hayloft. It comprises three rooms on two floors. On the ground floor are the dining room (with a sofa bed), a traditional kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor are a double bedroom with bathroom (and tub), a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
