Apartment Segatoio occupies the ground floor of the main building. It has a dining room and a kitchen with a beautiful arched window; this area also has a sofa bed. There is a double bedroom with a bathroom and shower, a twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom with shower. This last is suitable for guests with disabilities.
Apartment Stalla is on a ground floor wing of the main building. Comfortable and comprising two rooms, it has a dining room, kitchen and sofa bed. A double bedroom and a bathroom (with shower) is equipped for guests with disabilities.
Apartment Contadino, on the first floor, comprises a dining room, kitchen and twin bed-armchair. There is a large double bedroom with bathroom (and shower), a twin bedroom and a further bathroom with shower.
Apartment Colombaia is named after the dovecote once at the top of the building. On the first floor, it comprises dining room, kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom with bathroom (and shower), a twin bedroom, and a further bathroom with shower. The view from Apartment Colombaia is enchanting: on clear days you can see the towers of San Gimignano and at night the stars seem near enough to touch.
Apartment Granaio is on the first floor. It contains a dining room, kitchen and a sofa bed, double bedroom, and bathroom with shower. From the windows you can see the estate and the hillside.
Apartment Camporaiolo is in the other wing of the main building, on the ground floor. It has a dining room, separate kitchen and sofa bed. The ground floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). The first floor has a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From here you can see the swimming pool and the hillside.
