The farm extends over 10 acres, where the owners cultivate vines and olives according to the laws of nature, without herbicides or other harmful substances. The results include excellent home-produced olive oil and a Chianti wine, produced and bottled in the farm's cellars.

The Muricce farm originally belonged to the nearby Vignamaggio Castle, the former estate of the (probable) model for the Mona Lisa. The main part of the farm is a typical Tuscan stone country house, recently turned into an agritourism, and with its original style, materials and rooms untouched.
The focal point of the house is the spacious and high-ceilinged hall, with its fireplace and wooden ceiling beams, typical of the Tuscan vernacular style. This becomes the meeting place for breakfast and relaxation during the day.
Five fine rooms with private facilities face the hall on different levels. Each room has its own colours and decorations on the walls referring to different periods of Tuscan art and architecture.
