Offering Tuscany holiday apartments, near San Gimignano, Italy, this country house is situated in one of the most beautiful, and undiscovered parts in the heart of the region - between olive grove, vineyard and wood.
Nazzano enjoys a magnificent panorama on the surrounding countryside, the towers of San Gimignano and of the ancient medieval town of Certaldo Alto. Recently renovated with great care, it can accommodate up to eight guests.
It comprises two apartments: one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each apartment has traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors and is fully furnished. There is a big terrace and garden – great for meals, great for simply relaxing.
Apartment La Rondine accommodates 2+2 guests. The apartment (70 square metres) is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and has a large living/dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed. There is a kitchen with four-ring hob, electric oven and fridge. The flat has a double bedroom with shower and WC.
Apartment Il Pettirosso accommodates 4 guests. The apartment (85 square metres) is on the first floor with an independent entrance. It is composed of a sitting/dining room with a lovely fireplace. There is a kitchen corner, one double bedroom, one room with two single beds, shower and WC.
The price of the apartments range from EURO 350 to EURO 600 depending on the season and on the number of guest.

The farmhouse is in Nazzano, 4km from Gambassi Terme in the heart of Tuscany – from here, Florence, Siena and Pisa are all very accessible. This is a terrific strategic point for exploring this region rich in nature, beauty, art, culture and history. Near here you’ll find Certaldo, San Gimignano and Volterra and the Val d’Elsa area, with countless small towns and villages. Florence is 45km, Siena 35km, Monteriggioni 30km, Volterra 25km, Colle Val d'Elsa 15km, San Gimignano 10km, Montaione 7km, Certaldo 4km and both Pisa and Lucca 65km.
