Offering Chianti rentals in Tuscany, Italy, this charming residential complex comprises two farmhouses – dating back to the seventeenth century they have recently been very nicely restored and transformed into eight apartments.

Set in the historical centre of the medieval town of Greve in Chianti, you’ll find plenty of local shops nearby. The apartments share a fenced, equipped garden and a nine-metre swimming pool. All the apartments have satellite TV and some have air conditioning (which is charged for during your vacation). There is a shared washing machine and ironing facilities, and parking in the grounds. On arrangement, there is a baby bed and an extra bed available free of charge. A maid service can be arranged, €7 per hour. Small pets are allowed, bicycles are available for hire, and there is an apartment available suitable for guests with disabilities.

Palazzo a Greve ‘B’ apartments sleep four and are suitable for those with disabilities. Set on either the ground, first or second floor, these have a living room with kitchenette and dining area, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Some have a sofa bed or a double sofa bed.
