Casato 1 is within the farmhouse, sleeps 2-4, has one bedroom and a bathroom and a floor area of 100 square metres. There is heating, a shared swimming pool and washing machine. The ground floor has a kitchen with oven, freezer and washing machine, with fireplace and dining table, a large living room with sofabed and single bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a private equipped outdoor area.
