This is an excellent location from which to visit Florence (35km) and Siena (40km), and the many hilltop villages nearby. There is also a swimming pool.

The hilltop position allows the property to dominate the surrounding valleys, giving 360° views, and the house is completely surrounded by fields of sunflowers, olive groves and vineyards. The closest town is Castelfiorentino (3km), and it has every kind of shop and supermarket as well as restaurants. The owners of the estate produce excellent wine and olive oil that you can buy on site.
