This vacation rental close to Florence, Italy is situated at the foot of the Poggio Imperiale ... villa Tuscany with a marvellous situation and two apartments for rental.

The villa is quietly situated at the foot of Poggio Imperiale, very close to the centre of Florence but at the same time far from the traffic and noise of the city. The house has been recently restored and turned into three lovely apartments (one of which is occupied by the owners) offering charming and tastefully furnished interiors.

The nearest food shops are 800 metres away; Galluzzo, with all kinds of shops, 1km; Porta Romana (city centre) 2km; the renowned Piazzale Michelangelo, with marvellous views over the city, is a short distance; the Observatory of Arcetri and the villa Il Gioiello where Galileo Galilei worked and lived are only a few hundred metres away. Pisa, Lucca and Siena are reachable in a one-hour drive. At your disposal is a shared swimming pool in a nearby property (30 metres away, it is a 15 x 6 metre pool, maximum depth 1.5 metres, open from 01/05 to 30/09).

All apartments are provided with air conditioning, safe and internet access (ADSL). There is parking within the grounds. By arrangement it is possible to hire an extra bed €50 per week to be paid on the spot; a baby bed is available free of charge. A maid service is available on request, at €10 per hour to be paid locally.
