Apartment San Gallo lies in a quiet part of Florence just a short stroll from some of the city's greatest attractions. Just around the corner are the porticos and fountains of Santissima Annunziata; and the world famous Accademia - home to Michelangelo's David and unfinished slaves.

The Medici chapel and the breathtaking cathedral are about five minutes away, on a route that will take you down to the Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi, and over the Pontevecchio towards the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens.

The main railway station is a ten minute walk away, with a reliable, frequent service waiting to carry you off through the vineyards of Chianti to Siena or westwards to Lucca, Pisa and the coast.

The self catering accommodation is in a century-old townhouse and has just been completely refurbished and redecorated. Excellent natural lighting and full air-conditioning make this extremely quiet apartment a wonderful vacation haven, especially when the summer sun is beating down outside.

Local facilities are excellent and will be able to satisfy the most demanding holiday needs - Florence is after all the capital of Tuscany. The immediate area has day parking, laundry facilities and several top class restaurants and cafes.
