Residenza Strozzi lies on the grounds of a beautiful Italian Renaissance villa, just a short bus ride from Florence' historical centre. Three apartments fully furnished to the highest of standards befitting luxury accommodation. Enjoy your holiday in a Renaissance villa choosing from a former Chapel, the old stables which still preserve their majolica tiles or an unspoiled medieval house.

Here you will enjoy the best of both worlds: convenient access to the city centre and the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside. This is a protected and peaceful area just outside the centre of Florence, at the foot of the hill of Settignano, a marvelous environment surrounded by meadows and olive groves.
Residenza Strozzi is located on a wonderful historical estate originally belonging to a famous Renaissance family. Here you will stay in a green haven, far away from the bustle of the city with its humming motorbikes and honking cars. While the location is far from any disturbance, it is only a short bus ride into the city.
All museums are within easy reach, as are the nearby small towns of Fiesole and Settignano. The hill of Settignano, just behind the estate, preserves some of the most attractive Florentine villas. Wonderful walks lead towards Settignano, Corbignano and, through a cypress wood, as far as Fiesole. The historical centre of Florence is only 10 minutes away by bus.

This has to be the best of all worlds - offering quick access to Florence yet set in the peace and quiet of the Tuscan countryside. You have a choice of accommodation - either two superb rooms or the villa's refurbished chapel. All are in a secluded and peaceful setting on the historic Strozzi-Riccardi estate.

Situated at the foot of the hill of Settignano, in more than 20 hectares of its own land, the villa lies just outside of the centre of Florence yet is surrounded by meadows and olive groves. A pine-lined avenue leads to the house and its buildings.

The Chapel was built in the eighteenth century and has been restored in neo-classical style. Originally a private chapel of famous Renassaince family, the Chapel has recently been carefully restored to its original state and retains its original beauty and charm.

The interior covers about 50 square metres. There is a living room with full kitchenette; the double bedroom (queen-size bed) is located in the chapel's original nave, decorated with original frescoes and there is a bathroom with shower.

A large garden equipped with tables, chairs, and deckchairs and an outdoor terrace room with barbecue are available.

The amenities include heating, air-conditioning, TV, CD and DVD players, Wi-fi Internet access, fridge, microwave, and a coffe percolator.

The price of the Chapel is Euro €600 - €850 per week (Saturday to Saturday)and €90 to € 125 per day (minimum 3 nights)
