Residenza Strozzi lies on the grounds of a beautiful Italian Renaissance villa, just a short bus ride from Florence' historical centre. The accommodation provides a holiday apartment within a restored chapel and rooms with ensuite bath.

You have a choice of accommodation - either two superb rooms or the villa's refurbished chapel. All are in a secluded and peaceful setting on the historic Strozzi-Riccardi estate.
Situated at the foot of the hill of Settignano, in more than 20 hectares of its own land, the villa lies just outside of the centre of Florence yet is surrounded by meadows and olive groves. A pine-lined avenue leads to the house and its buildings.
Residenza Strozzi has a large garden equipped with tables, chairs, and deckchairs. Guests have access to a courtyard adjoining the owners' villa next door, and there is a glass conservatory for dining, lounging, or table tennis. There is parking for guests.

The Chapel was built in the eighteenth century and has been restored in neo-classical style. Originally a private chapel of the Strozzi-Riccardi family, the one-bedroom accommodation has recently been carefully restored to its original state and retains its original beauty and charm. It is furnished throughout with antiques and has terracotta floors.
The interior covers about 50 square metres. There is a living room with full kitchenette; the double bedroom (queen-size bed) is located in the chapel's original nave, decorated with original frescoes and there is a bathroom with shower.
The Chapel is independent of the owners' villa next door and has a wonderful atmosphere - refined, historic and very special. The owners occasionally allow four people to stay in the chapel, and can provide an additional bed. The amenities include heating, air-conditioning, TV, CD and DVD players, Internet access, fridge, microwave, and a coffe percolator. On request you can have a mobile phone and laundry service. In the living room you will find art books, travel magazines, city maps, museum and restaurant guides. There is a spacious garden with barbecue, reserved parking and electronic entrance gate.
