ANNIGONI is a charming artist's studio on the fourth floor (elevator to third floor) with one bedroom and one bathroom and with great views over Piazza Santa Croce and a working fireplace.

BELVEDERE sleeping 4 - 6 people has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a double sofabed in the elegant living/dining room. There is a sunny terrace looking over the roofs of old Florence.

BENOZZO is a light and quiet apartment overlooking the private Renaissance garden. Sleeps five (three bedrooms, two bathrooms), one bedroom has lovely 18th century stucco and pastel decorations while the elegant living/dining room has a working fireplace and frescoed ceiling.

CASA TOSCANA sleeps 4 with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room has a working fireplace and the spacious eat-in kitchen has a charcoal burner in addition to gas cooker. The apartment boasts some wood-beamed ceilings.

DAVID sleeps 4 and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom and living room look over the Piazza and the living/dining room has a kitchen area separated by a counter. This apartment can be taken along with Casa Toscana to give a large four bedroom/four bathroom space.

DONATELLO sleeps 6/7. This unusually spacious and tranquil apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and surrounds a large private court. It has large windows and good light, and the large living room boasts frescoed walls and an original 16th century wood beamed ceiling. There is also a spacious dining room with table for 12.
