The living/dining room with table for 10/12 people has a working fireplace, original 16th century wood-beamed ceilings and a portion of ancient wall fresco adds atmosphere to this spacious room overlooking Piazza Santa Croce.

MEDICI sleeps 6/7 and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a spacious and elegant living room with working fireplace and a separate dining room with table seating 10-12. There is also a spacious kitchen with table seating 8-10 and there are original 16th century wood beamed ceiling throughout.

MIMI is a fourth floor penthouse (sleeps 3/4) with stunning views over the city and surrounding hills from the terrace and from every window. There are two bedrooms (one single) with en suite bathrooms, a living room with single sofabed and working fireplace and a separate dining room.

MIRAVISTA sleeps 4 and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are stunning views over Florence and the surrounding hills from the terrace and from every window. The living/dining room has a working fireplace and retains the structure and columns of the Renaissance loggia.

PARADISO sleeps 4/5 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and single sofabed in the spacious living/dining room. The master bedroom is partially open to the living/kitchen area and has an en suite bathroom with shower. The living/dining room has decorative wood beamed ceilings and portions of mediaeval wall paintings.

TOSCA sleeps 5/6 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite) and has views of Piazza Santa Croce. The living/dining room has a large working fireplace and a sofabed.
