La Casa Rossa - vacation rental sleeping 10 to 12 people
La
Casa Rossa is a spacious Tuscan farmhouse. Characteristic of grand Tuscan
living, the central space consists of a welcoming entrance, a large fully
equipped kitchen, a big dining room with table seating twelve, a living
room with large fireplace and TV, and an adjoining study/library with
high-speed internet connection. There is a guest bathroom on this level.
The sleeping area on the first floor includes five large suites each with
double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The largest suite also has
a loft area with a single bed.
The spacious garden area has a view of the woods and over the estate and
is equipped with tables for alfresco dining. There is also a guest house
next door offering an intimate health spa with sauna and a small pool.
In 2010 there will be a private outdoor swimming pool for the shared use
of
guests in La Casa Rossa and La Limonaia.

La Limonaia - sleeping up to four
La Limonaia (or lemonry, where the farmer would keep his lemon trees during the
winter) is beautifully restored and offers Tuscany rental accommodation for
up to four guests. There is a living area with working fireplace and TV and
attached kitchen with dining table. The sleeping area on the first floor has
two bedrooms, one double and two twins, each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
La Limonaia shares the convenience of the health spa with the nearby Casa Rossa
who will also share the new swimming pool.
