La Farnia sleeps 2+2 over 63 square metres. A beautiful apartment with a view onto Volterra, it's on the ground floor. The outside table lies near the apartment's doorway and under the loggia. It has a living room with a sofa bed for two and plenty of windows and natural light. There is a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cubicle; this is accessible to guests with disabilities.
Il Granaio is on the first floor. Measuring 47 square metres and sleeping 2+2, it is a pretty apartment with a lovely view. Its outside table lies near its stairs, under the loggia. It has a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle.
Weekly rental of L'Olivo ranges from €720 to €1085, depending on season. Winter heating is €16 per day, and final cleaning €55. Il Leccio ranges from €550 to €985, depending on season. Winter heating is €14 per day, and final cleaning €50. Pietranera ranges from €440 to €825. Winter heating is €12, final cleaning €45. Il Noce ranges from €440 to €825. Winter heating is €12 per day, final cleaning €40. La Farnia and Il Granaio range from €385 to €725. Winter heating is €11 per day, and final cleaning €35.
For short stays (up to 3 days) the price is €40 per person per day. The prices include water, light and gas charges. They also include laundry for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with a weekly change. All taxes, use of the playground, table tennis, barbecue, swimming pool and parking are also included. Pets are allowed, but please mention when you book. Check-in is on Saturdays between 4pm and 7pm (in case of delay, please phone, fax or email). Checkout is by 9am. Also, please ask about off-season nightly stays, which are charged at €35 per night.
