These vacation homes in Tuscany were entirely renovated in 1998. A selection of six apartments, within old farm buildings, and with a swimming pool, this is a lovely spot for your vacation in Tuscany.
Brunelleschi (970 sq. feet on two floors) sleeps 6+2. It occupies a single house. Downstairs is a spacious living room with fireplace, double sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette, plus a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower (all have brick arch ceilings); upstairs there is a double bedroom and another twin bedroom; these share the second bathroom.
Raffaello (755 sq. feet on the ground floor)
sleeps 4+2. This flat is on the ground floor of a building that, until the
2003 season, housed the wine cellar of the farm. It has 2 double bedrooms
and 2 bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware
and electric household appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer,
electric oven, cooker with 4 burners, electric coffeemaker, and mocha. There
is a big living-room area with a day bed for 2 people (without additional
charge).
Inside the house you'll find a 22 inch TV with digital satellite, and direct-dial
telephone. The cottage has a private outside area with chairs, deckchairs,
beach umbrellas and tables for dinner, lunch or simply for your relaxation.
La Valletta’s main villa is cleverly divided into three apartments offering peace, quiet and privacy.
Giotto covers 485 sq. feet on the ground floor. It has a living room with double sofa bed, fireplace and dining table. There is a separate eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom overlooking the apartment's private garden, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. Outside lies the apartment's private patio.
Next door is Donatello. This 750 sq. feet apartment has a spacious living room with double sofa bed and fireplace, a huge eat-in kitchen and small private patio. There is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The covered external staircase leads up to Botticelli (860sq ft), laid out on three split levels. There's a very large living room with fireplace, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette. On one side is a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with stall shower; on the other side are two twin bedrooms which share another bathroom with shower.
