Villa Casa di Monte is a recently restored Tuscan country house dating back to the beginning of the 19th century. Situated near the village of Montespertoli in the northern part of Chianti, the original structure of the villa has been preserved and it now sleeps twelve guests in six comfortable bedrooms.
This charming villa rental has two living rooms with fireplaces, two fully equipped kitchens (with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer), three bathrooms with shower, and a further WC. There are fans in the rooms for the hotter days and there is a laundry room at guests' disposal.

A triple bedroom offers a double and a single bed, there are two double
rooms, one single, one twin room and one bedroom with a French bed which
can be used as a single or a double. For families with small children
we can provide two cots and two high chairs at no extra charge.
For outdoor eating and relaxing there is a lovely large covered loggia
equipped with tables and chairs, and there is a large irregularly shaped
swimming
pool (about 13x6 metres and from 1.5 to 2 metres deep) and barbecue area.
On request we are happy to organise Tuscan dinners or buffets or to lead
wine or olive oil tastings, and for guests who like to stay connected
on holiday we can provide a PC with broadband internet access.

The villa is normally rented as one unit for groups of up to eleven/twelve guests, but smaller groups may rent only a part of the house as it can be easily divided into two private apartments, each with its own entrance. Apartment Terra is on the ground floor and has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, two full bathrooms, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. The other apartment, Cielo, is on two levels: on the ground floor there is the kitchen, living room with fireplace and a WC, while on the upper floor there is a bathroom, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with French bed.
Weekly prices for the Villa range from about 2,500 to 3,700 Euro depending on season and number of adults and children (and age of each child).
