Villa Le Gaie is a pair of vacation apartments for rent in a villa just outside Florence. This Tuscan holiday accommodation sits in one of the most beautiful, and most peaceful, parts of the Italian countryside.
The villa is 7km from the centre of Florence, and you can get into the centre of town very easily, with one bus journey. The bus stop is just 500 metres from the apartments; the journey will take you 15 minutes and buses run every quarter of an hour.
The villa is split into three apartments. The ground floor (with its own entrance) is home to Signora Guazzini and her family. The upper floor contains the two rental apartments, which share an entrance.
Each of these apartments is roomy, light and sunny. Air-conditioning keeps things cool on the hottest summer day, and the villa sits in immaculately tended gardens. Each apartment has a private parking area. Each also has its own private terrace, complete with tables and chairs for drinks, meals in the open air ... or just relaxing. Beautifully decorated and refurbished throughout, the apartments have been fitted out with exceptional attention to detail.
Apartment Loggia covers 60 square metres, and sleeps 2+2 people. The spacious living room/kitchen has a double sofa-bed, satellite TV and an original fireplace. Through a French Window, this room opens onto a large (27 square metres) terrace with marvellous views. The kitchen is well equipped with hob, fridge and freezer and microwave; a kettle, toaster and American-style coffee machine are available on request. There is a spacious double bedroom, and a modern bathroom with both bath tub and shower and a washing machine.
