The villa nestles in the rolling hills around Vinci, which slope down gently towards the River Arno. The vast, lush garden measures 30,000 square metres and is full of centuries-old trees, flowers, and an olive grove where you can rediscover the luxury of peace and quiet. The villa can boast a perfect location for exploring the Tuscan art capitals (Florence, Siena, Pisa). The grounds include a gorgeous swimming pool with a panoramic view. The arbour in front of the pool has a charming barbecue corner and a large table for entertaining.

Inside the villa, the large common room is built for conviviality, with a large table, chairs in front of the fire, and a reading nook. The villa is perfect for groups and families, and its fully furnished interior offers a hearth, Tuscan terracotta floors, a washing machine, oven, wood-burning oven, dishwasher, and a well-equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you will find an entrance/living room with a fireplace, a conservatory, and a dining room with a fireplace of its own, next to the kitchen.

All the rooms on the ground floor give onto the garden. Upstairs are two double rooms, a room with two twin beds, a single room, a bath with Jacuzzi, and a bath with shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with individual room control. All for a total of 220 square metres.
