The lovely bathroom has a hydro-massage bathtub, and there are two single bedrooms, both boasting terrific views over the garden and swimming pool. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower. This is very nicely tiled in decorative Italian ceramics. Again, there are great views from the window here.
Vivaldi, covering 2100 square feet, sleeps up to seven guests. You will gaze through stained glass windows onto a garden stocked with fruit trees. This house is very distinctive, with frescoed and wood-panelled walls, Murano glass partitions and an eighteenth century hearth. You climb the external stairway to the covered portico, which opens into the living room. A dining room seating eight sits next to a well-equipped kitchen. This has a full stove, range-top and open grill; there is also a large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. Next to the dining room is a single bedroom.
Vivaldi has a big bathroom with double sinks, shower cubicle and whirlpool bath. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The owners can put a single sofa-bed into this room, to accommodate a child. There are two further double bedrooms, which can be equipped with either single or double beds. There is plenty of cupboard space for your clothes, and the outdoor areas are well equipped with garden furniture.

Verdi sleeps eight. Within, brick vaulted ceilings arch high above the interior rooms; this villa sits atop the hill, dominating the valley below. Sitting 150 yards from the other villas, the house covers 2200 square feet over two levels.
On the ground floor, the living room is built round a cosy fireplace and opens to the dining room and eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a full stove, range-top, open grill, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher, and a door opens onto the patio. There is a twin bedroom and a dressing room leading to a bathroom with shower.
The big plus with Verdi is the views. Sitting at the top of the estate, the upstairs windows look onto the hills, the vineyards and on Certaldo and San Gimignano. This upper floor has two double rooms (which can be converted to twin rooms) and a room with queen-size bed. There is a very large bathroom with double sinks, shower and whirlpool bath. Outside, two patios are equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers.
