Painstaking restoration means the villas offer the utmost in contemporary comfort, twinned with Tuscan tradition. The floors are of terracotta, while wood-beamed ceilings arch overhead. There are lovely touches such as bricked archways for doors and stone door frames.
But you are very much in the 21st century, with direct dial telephone, satellite TV, and secure burglar alarms.
You'll be sharing the swimming pool and a laundry room with washing machine with the other villas. The laundry house is sited beneath the villas, and includes a small room that could be used for a babysitter's bedroom. You'll be able to dry your washing on discreetly situated clothes lines, and behind the secure front gate there is covered parking for the cars.
There is also the new Apartment Rossini, a Tuscan holiday flat covering 60 square metres, and sleeping up to four. Rossini has a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a big living room with double sofa-bed and a lovely fireplace. The kitchen is well fitted out and includes a dishwasher.
This new apartment has been finished to the same style and standard as the three villas; you can rent it independently or take it along with one of the other villas - perhaps as a separate flat for a couple or for an au pair.
Your holiday rental for these marvellous holiday homes in Tuscany include all services and taxes, and your use of heating, gas water, electricy, the pool, weekly and/or final cleaning, two changes of bath linen per week, and one fresh set of bed linen a week. You have free use of the tennis courts (3km away), firewood and fruit and vegetables from the gardens.

Somebody will be on hand to greet you, and will be available each morning to deal with any queries - they speak German and English as well as Italian.
The nearest shops are 1km away in Montaione, and there is a supermarket 5km away at Castelfiorentino. There is plenty of parking behind the secure gates, for which you will be given a remote control.
Each of the major cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa lie 50km away - an easy drive or a swift train trip from Castelfiorentino.
