The 12m x 6m swimming pool is open from mid May to the end of October; you’ll find table tennis at the farmhouse. Horse riding is available 6km away: guests of San Vincenzo a Torri get discounted prices (you’ll need a medical certificate stating you are "fit and healthy" and anti-tetanus certification). 8km away, in Montelupo Fiorentino, there is an 18-hole golf course, and there is tennis 6km from the farmhouse.
The village of Cerbaia, 6km away, has all the shops you’ll need, including a bank, post office, pharmacy, butcher, greengrocer, baker, florist, newsagent and supermarket. There are also bars, clothing and furniture shops. At San Vincenzo, 2 km away, you'll find a post office, bar, bus station and filling station.
