Near the Versilia coast is Lake Massaciuccoli, noted for having inspired Giacomo Puccini’s operas which, each year, are presented against this incredible backdrop. The Natural Parks of Orecchiella (mountains) and San Rossore (seaside) offer landscapes of rare beauty.
