Offering Tuscany vacation rentals, Italy - this is an independent country house in the Lucca hills. Just 15 minutes from the town and 30 minutes from the sea, it provides superb panoramic views over the Serchio valley. The setting of the house provides a relaxing holiday, handy for walking or biking. Many attractions are within easy reach.

The house is set on three floors. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, big kitchen, storage room, spacious living/dining room, bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor has three big bedrooms (two double and a twin), a small "closet room" and a bathroom with shower. The third floor has a big bedroom with a shower bathroom (at the moment not available for rent).

Outside, there is an old built-in wood oven. The house provides accommodation for eight (4 double bedrooms); there are also sofa beds, accomodating four guests and a child's bed. The house has been furnished with taste.

Services include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, four extra beds (three on sofa bed and one foldable), child's bed, heating, air conditioning in the mansard (on other floors it is not needed because the thick walls keep the air cool). There is a small round swimming pool for children with a purifier (diameter 3 metres, depth 0.76 metres), a big panoramic terrace, wood oven and barbecue. The house has a TV, five car parking places, comes with linen (kitchen, bath and beach), stereo, and is surrounded by olive groves.

The house is set just outside of Ponte di Moriano. The Versilian coast is half an hour in the car, the Garfagnana is close, Bagni di Lucca 20 minutes, Lucca 15 minutes, Ponte a Moriano and Sesto di Moriano five minutes. Pisa and Florence are within easy reach. A public pool and tennis courts are nearby. On request there can be organised dinners with typical Tuscan or Lucchese dishes. Gas and electricity are charged according to consumption. Child's bed is free.

There is a damages deposit of €300; final cleaning is €50; extra beds are €50 euro per person per night (child's bed is free). Weekly prices are as follows: July and August €813; for the rest of the year €720.
