The house stands in a large, well-kept garden with splendid views over the local countryside, and is completely private with no properties overlooking it. Guests can relax in the large, sunny pool (open April to the end of September) or linger over a meal under the shelter of the pergola with its stone pizza oven and barbecue. The pool is large (15m by 5m) and deep (1.5m to over 2m at the deep end.)The location is perfect - only 11 km from Lucca, 9 km from the motorway, 30 km from the beach at Viareggio. The accommodation at Casa Antonietta consists of spacious rooms spread over three floors. The ground floor, with access to the pergola and garden, has a large kitchen, dining room with fireplace, sitting-room and bathroom. A second sitting-room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom occupy the first floor, and the second floor has two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and another bathroom.The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, colour television and telephone. Fuel and laundry are included in the rental price, and there is central heating for the winter months. Pets are welcome.
