An apartment with garden to let, within the ancient walls of Lucca. This is the perfect way to enjoy this beautiful medieval Tuscan town, and a garden is an unusual bonus in the historic centre of town.
The apartment sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pelleria is a very quiet part of town, with no shops or bars. Yet it is just 20 metres inside Lucca’s massive fifteenth century walls and only 150 metres from the main shopping streets, such as Via San Giorgio and Via Fillungo. The perfect balance then – tranquillity and quiet but with all the action nearby!

The flat has its own entrance, a spacious living room with two sofas and a dining area. There is an open fireplace, a separate kitchen, a small laundry room, internal courtyard, two bedrooms (each with en suite bathroom) and the garden. The outdoor area is provided with sun loungers, table and chairs ... and sunshades should you need them. Both bedrooms are air conditioned, bicycles are provided (everyone in Lucca travels around by bike, and there are cycle tracks along the top of the walls).
You have a washing machine, ironing board and iron, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and so on … in fact everything you’ll need. This is a very elegant apartment and there is parking within walking distance.
