A perfect choice for holidays in Tuscany, Borgo Le Vigne is a lovely house, recently restructured. It sits in the middle of the countryside, among olives and vineyards, offering spectacular panoramic views over the Apuan Alps.
The villa is situated on the road to Montecarlo
and lies around 1.5km from the village, and so can be reached on foot, only
20 minutes.
There are restaurants with typical Tuscany cuisine, a bar, grocers, bank,
post office, pharmacist, laundry and public phone all within a ten-minute
walk. The supermarket is 3km away.

The residence is divided into apartments and villas. All are independent, each with a small private garden with garden furniture. The pool is open May 15 - October 15, making this the perfect base for holidays in Tuscany and there is a spectacular panoramic view from the pool. There are sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas for guests.
Apartment Al Colle has a double bedroom and can accommodate up to four guests; it has one bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. This apartment lies on the angled part of the house and covers 50m², all on one floor. There is a living room with a kitchenette, double bedroom with French window overlooking Montecarlo and a bathroom with shower. There is a sofa bed in the living room. This apartment would be perfect for a couple.
Apartment Le Ginestre has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It sleeps 4 to 6 guests. There are two bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor), and there is an equipped kitchen.
Apartment Le Ginestre is almost adjacent to Apartment Gli Oleandri and lies over 2 floors. It is slightly smaller than apartment Gli Oleandri, but with a similar layout and covers about 70m². This bright and airy holiday flat has, on the ground floor, the main entrance, a nice living room, a bathroom with shower and a large kitchen with French window overlooking the private garden. The garden overlooks Montecarlo. On the first floor is a large bedroom, a small twin bedroom and another bathroom with shower. The views over the hills are marvellous.

The last of these flats offering holidays in Tuscany is Apartment Gli Oleandri, with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, and two bathrooms. It has an equipped kitchen. Lying on two floors, the apartment covers about 80m², and is bright and airy. The ground floor has the main entrance, living room, bathroom with shower and a large kitchen with French window onto the garden, overlooking Montecarlo. The first floor has a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and another bathroom.
