

Villa Camelia is perfectly placed for relaxing hillside walks, discovering charming villages and interesting historical sites. It offers the use of two mountain bikes and a scooter, covered parking for three cars and is a short walk from a horse riding stable, where treks into the area can be organized.
The ground floor comprises a living area, dining area, kitchen, pantry and cloakroom. The villa's open plan design gives the structure a spacious feeling, and double-doors open out onto a wisteria-covered dining area and an enclosed glass conservatory. There is an open traditional fireplace and wood-burning stove for the cooler seasons. Villa La Camelia has full central heating.

The traditional Tuscan kitchen is equipped with modern necessities including microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and of course the usual small appliances. A pantry provides ample storage space, with a fridge freezer, small bottle fridge, and a large larder cupboard.
The first floor has three double bedrooms, an en-suite shower room, an en-suite bath/shower room, and a shared shower/bathroom. All the bedrooms are equipped with fans and and are screened. The top floor has a double bedroom with double-door access to the large terrace, and a bedroom with three single beds and a shared bath. Also available are a baby camping cot and high chair.

There are telephone points throughout the house and the availability of two lines for simultaneous use of the internet and telephone. Local internet access is provided on the in-house computer. Satellite television offers news and original language movie programs. There is a video recorder and stereo hi-fi with tape and cd.
The villa has a total of five bedrooms — four doubles and a triple — and offers holiday accommodation for up to 11 guests.
