This is a lovely spot for a relaxing holiday in northern Tuscany. The accommodation consists of two independent houses each with its own solarium and swimming pool. Each of these characteristic restored farmhouses consists of two apartments sleeping a total of up to 8-12 people and offering all the comforts that discerning guests desire.

Each house is in a tranquil position surrounded
by greenery - the large cool shady gardens are perfect for children and for
pets, which are welcome, while the barbecue areas and furnished gazebos offer
the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Although the splendid greenery
of the surroundings and the delights of the swimming pool will make you reluctant
to stray, there is plenty to do in the area.
Local activities include horse riding, fishing, shooting and tennis, and
several sites of interest are nearby, such as the Giovanni Pascoli Museum
in the famous poet's former home 2 km away.

Although the properties have a private road offering a relaxed and private environment, the main road (1 km) and a supermarket (3 km) are within easy reach. The mediaeval walled town of Barga (5km), the thermal spas of Bagni di Lucca (15km) and Castelnuovo di Garfagnana are all worth a visit, and this is an ideal departure point for trips into the Apuan Alps, the Appenines and to the coast which is only 50 km away. The unspoilt walled provincial capital of Lucca is a short drive away at 40 km.
