Transport and communications are good too, with Lucca railway station 7km away and Pisa airport 25km.

Prices are as follows: April–October EURO €550 a week; November–March €300 a week. This includes linen, electricity, gas, water and final cleaning, but heating is charged according to use (€0.80 per unit). Short stays (minimum three days) are charged at €70 a day for two, €90 a day for 3 or 4 people. No credit cards unfortunately; a 30% deposit is payable on booking, balance on arrival.
