A Tuscany holiday house near Lucca, Italy … Casa Dany is set in the hillside village of San Cassiano di Controne (600 metres above sea level). The house is 10km from Bagni di Lucca and provides beautiful views. Here you can enjoy walking on the mountainside of Prato Fiorito.
The property has been recently restructured. The flat measures 100 square metres, with two independent entrances. There is a private outdoor space of 70 square metres, equipped with barbecue and gazebo.

The house has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, storage room and a small adjacent room. On the first floor there is a spacious hall with a single sofa bed, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom (here a child's bed can be added). There is a bathroom with shower. The apartment has an oven, fridge, washing machine, iron, TV and heating.

The grocery, bar, pizzeria and restaurants are close by. Prices are as follows: April-June €465, July-August €630, September-October €520, all other months €400. Heating is €60 per week, linen €10 per week. Water, electricity and gas are included in the price. There is a €200 deposit against damages.
Guests will be welcomed with traditional tuscan products.
