These vacation rentals Lucca, Tuscany comprise a former hayloft in an ancient farmhouse. The house has been tastefully renovated and is situated in the hills between the walled medieval city of Lucca (12km) and the sea at Versilia (18km).
The house is 1km from the nearest grocers, bank and post office, 25km from Forte dei Marmi (golf course), 37km from Pisa, 90km from Florence. This property has superb views of the countryside and the surrounding hills, and plenty of peace and quiet. There is a portico equipped for outdoor dining, and a swimming pool (6 x 12 metres) and large equipped lawn (30,000 square metres) are at the guests' disposal. One wall of the house is adjacent to another property, which is completely independent.

The accommodation is laid out as follows. The ground floor has a living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), a small study, two double bedrooms one of which has access to the garden and a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower. The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. Extra cleaning can be arranged. The house has comfortable furniture, telephone (pay as you use) and there is a baby bed available, also shared use of a washing machine.
