Situated in the Lucca hills with wonderful panoramic views over Pisa and Livorno, Casale Lavinia is a renovated fifteenth century farmhouse offering comfortable self catering accommodation in recently renovated apartments.

The property is surrounded by gentle hills covered with vineyards, chestnut woods and olive groves, and offers the perfect base for country walks and bike rides. Casale Lavinia is only 15 minutes from the centre of Lucca, while Pisa, Florence, the Versilia beaches and the mountains of the Garfagnana can all be reached in under an hour.

Set on the ground floor, this Lucca holiday rental apartment consists of a entrance/living room, an 'eat-in' kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers and hairdriers. There is also an annexe composed of another 'eat-in' kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, one bedroom sleeping two guests and a bathroom with shower. The apartments are nicely furnished in traditional Tuscan style, with the first one sleeping 6 people and the annexe a further two.

The accommodation offers television, linens, irons and ironing boards. Despite being located in the tranquil Tuscan countryside, with attractive open countryside all around, Lucca is just a short drive by car, and the roads down to town offer some splendid views.
Outside there is a 5 x 12 metre swimming pool surrounded by 1000 square metres of open grass meadow, with deck chairs, large sunshades, table and chairs.
