The house occupies three spacious floors and is set out with the diverse needs of large groups with children in mind. It has a large informal garden, with ample space for eating alfresco, catching the sun, letting off steam and simply relaxing. New for the 2005 season is a 9 metre by 5 metre swimming pool, depth 1.2 to 2.3 metres. For the more adventurous there is even a pizza oven, fired by local chestnut and olive wood. |

The internal space is divided into five bedrooms (two double, two twin and one double or twin to suit requirements), two shower rooms with lavatory, and one bathroom with tub and separate and very spacious shower, three separate relaxing spaces (one with satellite TV) and a dining room with open fire (for winter guests!). An ideal house for a summer holiday in the sun or winter break for those that wish to explore Tuscany while avoiding the crowds. Wonderful food abounds. Prices (Euro per week, taxes included) are €1200 from November to April (special quotes available for smaller groups/short stays); €1500 for May, October, Christmas and Easter; €1800 for Juny and September; €2900 for July and August. Winter heating is excluded.

At other times we can be flexible on pricing - calculations are on a per person per day basis, and will average around €20 a head depending on duration of stay. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, Satellite TV, cot and high chair, three open fires with abundant free firewood, central heating with metered gas for winter visitors, outside dining area with large parasol, an outside children's play area, and metered telephone.
