Apartment della Cervia offers the luxury feel of a stylish apartment located in the heart of the historic city of Lucca. This Lucca vacation home, Tuscany, Italy boasts all modern conveniences to make your stay pleasurable and comfortable.
The apartment includes two bedrooms (one double and one twin), two bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen/diner. The kitchen is equipped with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker and more. The apartment also has a washing machine, iron and tumble dryer. Sleeping capacity can be increased via use of the sofa bed in the living room and a cot for young children can be installed.
The location is ideal with shops, bars, restaurants, banks and gelaterie (ice cream parlours) all within 50 metres of the front door. The historic Piazza San Michele (the ancient heart of the city) is less than 80 metres away, although the actual positioning of the apartment lends an air of peace and tranquility not usually associated with such central locations.
The apartment is on the first floor with just a single flight of wide and shallow stairs to climb. From the entrance hall there is also access to the terrace (approx 5 x 5 metres) which has a gas barbecue and dining furniture for al fresco meals. Remember though that Lucca is not just a summer destination. The winter includes good quality skiing and snow boarding only an hour’s drive away from the city centre. Christmas brings ice skating to Piazza Napoleone and there are various markets and late night shopping events throughout December.

For longer stays, discounts can be arranged, and if possible different entry/exit days can be arranged. The prices include all linen, utilities and a final clean. If a telephone line is required, a deposit will be asked for. Broadband internet access can also be arranged. Please note that the city centre is a pedestrian zone and so car parking is not at the door of the apartment (it is found about four minutes’ walk away).
Pricing, based on self catering, is as follows: January 2nd - March 30th, €550; April 1st - May 30th, €700; June 1st - September 15th, €950; September 15th - October 30th, €700; November 16th - December 15th, €550; December 16th - January 2nd, €950. Additional maid services can be arranged; discounts can be agreed for smaller groups (1-2 people).
Long weekends/short breaks can be booked (subject to availability) and run Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday. Pricing is as follows: January 1st - March 30th, €300; April 1st - May 30th, €400; June 1st - September 15th, €600; September 15th - October 30th, €400; November 1st - December 1st, €300.
